How do I notify Mythical Games of a bug I’ve found using the Marketplace?

For any issues experienced in the marketplace, please contact our customer support team directly for further assistance.

Here’s some helpful information to include when contacting support:

A description of the bug or error you encountered, or any steps you took before you encountered the issue.
A screenshot of the bug or error you encountered.
Date and time the issue occurred, if applicable.
Any other information that you think would be helpful for the team to investigate further.

How do I provide Mythical Games feedback about my experience using the Marketplace?

Who is eligible to participate in the Marketplace?

All participants will have access to the Mythical Marketplace as long as their country is not on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) site list. However, for payout purposes only customers who are eligible to receive payouts via Uphold are eligible to be paid out at this time from selling their Blankos or accessories on the Marketplace. You will not be able to receive a payout if you are located outside of the regions support by Uphold.

How are international or cross-currency transactions handled in the Marketplace?

All payments are processed in USD at this time. Additional currencies will be added in the future.

Where can I see my Marketplace transaction history?

Users can access their transaction history through the My Account Page.

Who can I send feature requests for the Marketplace to?

Any feature requests regarding the marketplace can be provided through a clickable feature in the bottom left-hand corner of the page. See image below.

What items are going to be able to be bought and sold on the marketplace?

All of the Blankos and accessories sold on the webstore or through the game for USD or cryptocurrency are NFTs. This includes any of these items bought for Blanko Bucks or USD in-game.

In addition, any accessory previously purchased before the implementation of the Marketplace for Blanko Bucks or USD will be tokenized as NFTs, and issue numbers will be retroactively granted based on the order of purchase.

This includes tokenizing accessories granted in a giveaway, like Frostbyte’s Beanie or the Alpha Blanko accessories.

Note that this does not apply to items bought with Moola or earned through quests. Gumballs and XP Tokens are not NFTs and can not be bought or sold in the Marketplace. We have a tag in-game to differentiate NFT and non-NFT items to make this crystal clear.
