What can I do if I’m having trouble viewing a Marketplace product I’ve purchased on my account?

- A copy of your receipt (usually sent to your email).
- A screenshot of the error/issue, if applicable.
Why am I unable to access an item I bought?
Inventory may be suspended or permanently revoked if there is an issue with your method of payment, chargebacks, disputed purchases, actual or suspected fraud, or any other pending investigation. Please note that item ownership and fulfillment will only be recognized for successful and legitimate purchases.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Mythical Marketplace currently supports credit and debit cards as well as linked Uphold account balances (cryptos, global currencies, etc.).
Supported credit card brands are:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- JCB
More payment methods are planned in the future.
What billing information does Mythical Games need for credit card purchases?
Mythical Marketplace requires that you provide your first and last name, billing address (street address, city, state, zip) and country along with your payment information.
How do I receive a receipt of any transaction?
You will receive a receipt through your registered email address. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox. Emails can sometimes take upwards of 15 minutes to arrive depending on your email provider.

Are there any country limitations for the Marketplace?
All participants will have access to the Mythical Marketplace as long as their country is not on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) site list below.
However, for payout purposes only customers who are able to receive payouts via Uphold are eligible to be paid out at this time from selling their Blankos or accessories on the Marketplace.

Will I be able to purchase or sell items on the Mythical Marketplace if my country is not on the OFAC list?
- Yes. Most countries not included on the OFAC list will be able to purchase or sell items on the Mythical Marketplace.

What will happen to my funds if I sell an item on the Marketplace, but I am not from a supported country with Uphold for payouts?
- If you sell an item on the Mythical Marketplace and you are not in these regions, these funds can be used towards other purchases in The Shop or the Marketplace or will be held safely within your Mythical balance until your country is added to the approved list of countries to receive payouts from the Marketplace.

If I am unable to have my funds paid out to me via Uphold, will I be able to “spend back” these funds on other items instead?
- Yes, any funds you earn from sales can be used to "spend back", or purchase, other items from the Marketplace or The Shop.

OFAC Sanctioned Countries:
Users from sanctioned countries currently listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) site will be unable to engage, purchase, or sell on the Mythical Marketplace.
