If you find a bug, error, or issue in Blankos Block Party, we encourage you to report it by contacting Customer Support. Bug reports help us find the root of the problem, and work with our engineering team to fix it.
In order to assist our engineers, it is very helpful to include the following information in your support ticket:
- A brief description of the problem or issue you are experiencing in the game
- Any applicable screenshots or videos showing the error or issue

- The time you experienced the issue (along with your time zone)
- An attachment of your player log files, as well as your DxDiag and msinfo files
