For any peripheral that you have, please ensure that you have the latest drivers for your preferred controllers or mice installed.
We can only provide support for those devices that are natively supported by the manufacturer, and are unable to provide workarounds for those that are not.
If you are unsure if your device is supported, please visit your peripheral's manufacturer website to check if it does support Apple devices and their current version of MacOS.
Please note that we are unable to provide support for driver conflicts or instances of a device not working properly. In these cases, please contact Apple Support or your device manufacturer support for additional assistance.
We are unable to support peripheral device use through dual booting via virtual machine, such as Boot Camp, WINE, or other options. For these types of instances, you will need to contact Apple Support.
