What information can I get about the product on the Marketplace before I buy?
You will be able to see a dashboard for the item type, including the attributes of the item, issue number, items within the same category, and other similar items. You will also be able to narrow your search for items through the item filter.
When will I receive an item I have purchased from the Marketplace?
Generally the item will be added to the account within one minute that the item is purchased, but please contact support if you notice any issues.
Can I download my product I bought on the Marketplace?
The purchased product goes immediately into your Blankos inventory.
I made a purchase, but I don’t see the item on my account?
If you purchased an item that hasn't yet appeared in your account, please contact our Customer Support team with your Mythical Order ID for further assistance.
Please note that item ownership and fulfillment will only be recognized for successful and legitimate purchases.
Inventory may be suspended or permanently revoked if there is an issue with your method of payment, chargebacks, disputed purchases, actual or suspected fraud, or any other pending investigation.
