Refund Requests on the Shop & Marketplace
Since our game utilizes Blockchain technology to provide you with unique items that belong to you, all sales are final.
Refunds are managed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
For items sold through the Marketplace, refunds are unable to be issued by any users who are selling items, or by Mythical Games. Sellers cannot be contacted for refunds.
For all refund requests through the Shop and Blankos Marketplace, please contact Customer Support, so we can review your case and find a solution to your issue.
Item Compensation Policy
Compensation of items may only be provided on a case-by-case basis for verified technical or billing issues at the discretion of the Blankos Customer Support team.
