How to Report a Player
When playing Blankos Block Party, you may encounter a match with an inappropriate player. You do have the ability to report a user who is exploiting or sending threatening messages.
To do this, we recommend that you return to the Desk after playing with the said individual. Open the Social interface on the top right of your desk. It will have a photo of your active Blanko and a + sign. The Social section will have a tab that will display all the recent players you played with in your last match. Select the Recent tab. You should see a list of all the players you’ve just encountered. Click on the photo of the individual you would like to report.
A few options will appear of what you would like to do with this individual, select the Report button. Once you have selected to report a player, a variety of choices will appear as to why you are reporting this user. Those options include:
- Hacking / Exploiting
- Threatening / Griefing
- Harassment / Inappropriate Chat
- Scamming
- Spam
- Other
Select which choice best suits your situation. If you find the options you are given do not fit with your report, please select Other. You will be provided with a description box where you can input your interaction notes. We ask that you be as detailed as possible as this helps us investigate your case.
After you have concluded with your responses, simply hit Confirm to send us your report.
Our internal teams take these reports very seriously and we will review your case. Unfortunately, we do not issue responses for these reports, but rest assured that your report is reviewed, and appropriate action is taken when necessary.
How to Block a Player
Along with reporting a user, if you find yourself dealing with any difficult players you can block these people.
We recommend returning to the Desk after playing with the said individual. Open the Social interface on the top right of your desk. It will have a photo of your active Blanko and a + sign. The Social section will have a tab that will display all the recent players you played with in your last match. Select the Recent tab. You should see a list of all the players you’ve just encountered. Click on the photo of the individual you would like to block.
Once you have chosen to block the user, a warning window will appear. This window will just confirm that you would like to block this player as blocking will prevent you from interacting with them in groups or as friends. Keep in mind that blocking a user in Blankos is a permanent action that cannot be reversed. Please be sure that you would like to block this player. Hit Confirm when you are sure you would like to block this user.
Afterwards, the user will be permanently blocked. You will have no way to add this user as a friend as their display name will no longer be searchable under the Friends tool.
As mentioned earlier, currently there is no way to unblock a user. Please be sure that when you would like to block someone that this is a permanent action.
